George is the male puppy we kept from our 1st litter ( Bruno x Rosa ) We decided before George was born that if we kept a male from our 1st breeding here in the UK we would have to call him something ‘English’’ hence the name St George - The patron saint of England.
George is now 16 months old and grown into a lovely young dog there is still lots of maturing and growing to do but so far we ar very happy with his development – He is everything we hoped for and more, a sound, stable gentle temperament was the main goal for us; we wanted the perfect family dog that was still confident and able to protect the home. George is exactly this, he is very charming and friendly he will melt at the sight of our daughter, they are extremely close and to us is the most important thing as a breeder.
He lives to make you happy! He will naturally walk to heal off the lead he is very easy to train and handle and extremely responsive. He also shows no dog aggression, not even to other male which is very nice for a young adult male – All round he is a very easy going happy go lucky dog, and he is a very special boy.
It goes without saying that is very athletic and functional – His official health tests will be carried out around 18 months but so far he has not had to visit the vet on one occasion other than boosters –His overall health is great, his eyes, skin and ears are perfect.
As you can see he is a real softy and a testament to how wonderful this larger breeds can be when raised and bred with temperament as a priority - He is a very special dog and we are very proud to have raised him to be such a gentle and respectful boy - We look forward to what George has still to come and have no doubt he will mature and grow into an even more wonderful family member.
