We have had an extensive questionnaire on this page for the last few months but it appears that they are not coming through to our email – So if you have filled one in and awaiting a response please send us an another email or give us a call on the number below.
Alternatively, if you would like us to send you one please send us a brief email and will send one over to you.
We appreciate the time it takes to fill this form out and if you have any question or would like some help translating the questions please give us a call.
Please bare in mind we have a busy family life as well as all the dogs to care for so i often take a few days to respond - If you would like a fast response please call my mobile you can get me most times during the day.

Following the TV show aired on 14th March on the BBC as you can imagine we have been inundated with enquiries - So please bare with me whilst i find my feet and get through them all. I will get back to everyone, it just may take me a few days.
We do have a waiting list for our puppies, and to be considered for that we will require you to fill out a questionnaire.
